The store does not accept returns or exchanges unless a wrong, damaged or damaged product arrives




Method of return and exchange


1- Contact us by contacting Nebula Perfume’s customer service via email: [email protected] or by one of the other means of communication such as Instagram or WhatsApp.


2- We provide you with a bill of lading to be printed and delivered to the shipping company.


3- After verifying the arrival of the products, the product will be replaced or the amount returned to your account within a maximum period of 14 days.






The customer has the right to return and exchange if the wrong product arrives or if the product arrives damaged or damaged as a result of the delivery process.


 




We do not accept the return of products damaged due to misuse, and we have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
